I have a PhD in Management, a MBA in Marketing and a Diploma in Training and Development to my credit.

I have been teaching in various business schools in India for the past six years. I have taught under graduate and post graduate students. The  subjects that I have taught are Business Communication, Business Environment, Organisational Behaviour, Human Resourses Management, Customer Relationship Management,  Marketing Management and International Business. Apart from teaching, I have also guided MBA and M Phil students in their research and thesis work.

 Of the above subjects, my forte is Business Communication. I possess good command over the English language, both in the written and spoken form. As a result Business Communication remains one of my favourite topics. I feel I have gained mastery over Organisational Behaviour, a subject that I have been teaching for several years now.

I always prepare myself well for my classes and conduct my classes in an interactive and progressive manner. I always treat my students as friends, and am prepared to assist them in whatever way possible. I usually give my students simple yet elaborate notes on the subject that I cover. I give plenty of case studies for making the students comprehend the subject in a better manner and to make the lesson more interactive and interesting.

I believe that learning is a continuous process and always keep myself abreast with the latest writings and thoughts pertaining to my field. I am an avid reader and spend my leisure time reading books both of general interest and those specific to my area of specialisation.

Most of all, I have a passion for teaching and imparting knowledge. I feel that I can give a lot to my students, at the same time learning something unique from each person I interact with.
