Hi! My name is Susan and I graduated from Cornell University in 2004 with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. I grew up in Palo Alto and attended Gunn High School. I have been tutoring middle school, high school and college students in the Bay Area since 2006 and currently have high school students in Mountain View, Los Altos and Palo Alto. I tutor math through Pre-Calculus and Chemistry both one-on-one and in groups. Most of my students meet with me once a week for "homework help". We study together working through homework problems, preparing for tests and creating good study habits and test taking skills. I tutor students and adults preparing for standardized tests, helping to answer subject questions, problem and test taking approaches. Over the summer I often have groups of students wanting to prepare for a hard course in the fall.
