I come with a very open mind to each of the tutoring sessions I conduct and am highly adept at adapting to each student's individual needs. In short, I do not force my students to adhere to one set of guidelines in the learning process as each student is uniquely different. It is important for me to identify the underlying reason to my student's struggle before we begin each learning process because my ultimate goal is to construct a stronger foundation of knowledge that my student can continue to build on long after they have left my services. In the past six years that I have been tutoring, I have developed many supplemental materials to aid in the learning process and am comfortable designing my own curriculum to fit the needs of each student. I have a B.A. in Biochemistry & Cell Biology from Rice University and am currently a medical student.
