I have been teaching Economics and sociology since my 4th year in Secondary School in Nigeria. I studied Economics in My first Degree in Ebonyi State University, Nigeria before proceeding to the United States of America to continue my education. I have a second degree in Health Service Administration and currently pursuing my Masters in Health Education and promotion. Over the years, till date, I have been a private tutor and a classroom teacher to students of diverse backgrounds. I have tutored some group of students in Nigeria including undergraduate students, taught at a secondary school for 3 years after my high school graduation in 1999, Lehman College for 2 years from 2007 to 2009, and Borough of Manhattan Community College for 4 years from 2005 till date. I help students with assignments, class works, individuals and group teachings. I am friendly, motivational and I keep professional attitude at all times. I am working towards obtaining my PhD in either economics or Public Health in the next 4 years. Although my present field is in the health field, I still maintain my knowledge of the economic system and culture. I hope to give my best during any meeting or appointment. I currently work at Columbia Univerty Medical Center/New York Presbyterian Hospital at the Community Health Education Center. I started work there this spring 2011, as part of my graduation requirement for my masters degree as a health educator. I have continued to pursue my career in teaching, as a result I decided to go to Columbia University for my internship. It has been a great experience since I started working there. I love the professional that I work with and their attitudes towards me shows that I can be a good teacher.
