My past experience as a teacher, I have taught elementary school, middle school, high school and even adult students in both technology and general education programs.
I have a BS in Education for Technology Teacher's Education and have been teaching for about five years.
As a teacher, my approach to a student is to provide a one to one personal tutoring service based on teacher to student feedback.
I will assess the students' strength and weakness by evaluating their schoolwork, test, homework and participation. This will determine which teaching methods that I will provide for their personal needs.
My methods and approach would base on: writing a daily progress report, observing their study and time management, giving practice worksheets, providing any necessary pretest/post test assessment and also the daily review of the students' lesson topics that they learn and taught in school.
My goal is to make sure that the student is motivated, follow the instructions and
have thorough understanding of the academic subject material.
My tutorial tools for teaching are: I will provide practice worksheets, supplemental textbooks, using both internet and library research, calculator usage, and using computer tutorial aid programs to further enhance their learning and understanding skills.
In additon, I have also taught test preparation workshops they are: NYS Learning Standards Test(grades 4 to 8), NYS Regents Examination, PSAT, SAT and GED.
I have a certification in NYS LAST Teacher's Examination and a FCC GMRS Radio License.
My teaching/tutoring services will be offered to all students whether they are local regions or the 50 national states.
My schedule and fees for tutoring services are: The tutoring will be done in person or online. My tutoring fees is negotiable and I can also offer discounts when inquire or requested.
