I have worked in the fields of education and children's services for the last 10 years. I have worked as a Middle school Teacher, a GED instructor and as a TSS (theraputic support staff) for special needs children. I believe that all students are cable of learning and that a strong foundation in the fundamentals as well good study skills are essential to doing well. My tutoring tactics consist of thoroughly going over all the material with each student. I give examples and ask questions going step by step through each problem to make sure students understand. In addition, I provide additional resources such as study guides and worksheets to each student.
