I tutored at a service for a few months before I began teaching. I was also an after school tutor at the school where I am currently teaching. I am now in school to get a graduate certification in special education so I will be certified shortly to teach students with special needs. As a tutor and a teacher I strive to make learning fun. I use learning games and hands-on experiences whenever possible. It is my personal philosophy that once a child has motivation and love for learning it becomes more natural.
