I believe that every child should have the opportunity to become successful. With that in mind, I focus on teaching skills and in-depth thinking in a relaxed, creative, and fun manner! My specialties are reading, reading comprehension, writing, study skills, and dyslexia. I also will tutor math from K - 4th grade. Depending upon the availability of my schedule, I am flexible as to what days or times the tutoring will take place. In 2007, I received an award as an Outstanding Teacher of the Year. Currently I teach English to 3rd - 9th graders on a part-time basis.
