I understand that computers, software, the Internet and technology in general can sometimes seem overwhelming to people without much time or experience. Not everyone has the time or patience to explore all the features, quirks, shortcuts and numerous ways that computers can actually simplify your life and work. 

You choose what you want to learn, and will be taught according to your skill level and learning style. I use simple, easily understood terms and explanations. You learn time-saving tips and shortcuts to make your computer experience easier, safer and more enjoyable. My goal is creating a fun, positive and productive learning environment. 

Beginners may want to learn how to write and send emails, do safe Internet searches, and learn word-processor basics. For the more experienced, it could be learning how to more effectively use your software, or learning a brand new software application. I will be happy to help you with your own project that you want to create or complete.
